Our high energy group classes are great fun for those who want to get fit, get coached, and be part of a great community. Check the calendar for classes and book online to secure your spot. 

 

If one-on-one is more your style, then we have amazing personal trainers. You can book 1 session or a package of 10. Toom and Sub are expert trainers with more than a decade of experience as trainers. They will tailor a package to suit your training goals.  

  • This 1-on-1 session is built for individuals to get fitness advice and learn the basics.
